Cascade

The Balanced Scorecard is a powerful means for a strategy-focused organisation to ensure that the execution of that strategy is at the heart of endeavour across the entire organisation.

Our Balanced Scorecard application Cascade has been specifically designed for the broad variety of Scorecards (Balanced or otherwise) used across the UK Defence Community. It is an ideal networked solution for Balanced Scorecard Automation, Plan Management, Capability Reporting and Readiness Monitoring.
